Good Morning everyone! I want to start out by thanking everyone who came out for my Book Launch Party on Saturday! It was a great success and a fun time! The librarian said we brought 120+ people through the doors of the library on Saturday, which is fabulous!! I know we had at least 70 people come into the Book Launch Party and we sold 30 copies of the book!!
The raffle was also a huge success and the winners are: Ada Alonzo won the Adult Gift Pack, Jen Taska won the Kid’s Gift Pack, and Rhonda DeStefano won the Kindle Fire! Thank you to Winchester Monkey Joe’s, Martinsburg Olive Garden, and Martinsburg Sweet Frog for their donated gifts and support, and to Royalicious Bakery for their donation of those wonderful cookies!!! In addition, I want to thank everyone who helped out with setup, tear down, handing out bookmarks, ringing up sales, and keeping the refreshments filled! It was such a wonderful time and I didn’t feel stressed at all because of all of your help!!
My next scheduled event is to have a Vendor Table at the EPHS Spring Conference at Covenant Baptist Church on March 29th. I’m excited since this will be my first event with other vendors present and I’m really looking forward to it!
I’ll also be scheduling some book signings at various venues as well as get my books out to the various bookstores that have said they will accept my book. I’ll update with a list of the bookstores as I place my book.
